Introducing the Alfagomma® Brew T Hose, the perfect solution for your brewery suction and discharge needs. This versatile hose is suitable for a wide range of applications, including liquid food and alcoholic beverage suction and discharge, up to 190 proof or 95% alcohol content.
Crafted with a white Chlorobutyl tube that meets 3A (18-03) and FDA requirements, the Alfagomma® Brewery Hose is designed for extreme flexibility, making it easy to bend around your brewery equipment and work in tight spaces. Its lightweight construction, up to 25% lighter than similar rubber hoses, doesn't compromise on strength and durability, boasting a working pressure of 150 PSI.
This hose is capable of handling high temperatures up to +226 ºF (+108 ºC) on a continuous basis, and can even withstand sterilization with +266 ºF (+130 ºC) steam for 30 minutes or with 5% soda solution. Plus, its high purity tube will not impart any odor or taste to your beverages.
The red smooth NR/EPDM blend cover provides abrasion and ozone resistance, making it perfect for long-lasting use. The Alfagomma® Brewery Hose is branded with the ALFAGOMMA ITALY 422 10 bar (150 psi) BREWERY S&D (brewt logo) - extra flexible - FDA (white letters) markings.
This hose has a 1 1/2 inch (38 mm) ID and a 2.05 inch (52 mm) OD, with a maximum recommended working pressure of 150 psi and a vacuum HG of 30 inHg. The minimum bending radius at 68 ºF is 3 inches, and it comes in standard 100 ft coils, with a weight of 0.93 lbs/ft.
